Tax Credits

There are many tax creits that you may qualify for on your tax return. These can save you many dollars in taxes. Some of the credits are as follows:

Earned income credit. This is a refundable credit that can give you a refund larger than the taxes withheld from you. It is available to single and married people alike with and without children if certain qualifications are met.

Child tax credit. This is a partly refundable credit for people with one or more children undeer the age of 17.

Hybrid Vehicle Credit: If you purchased a Hybrid Vehicle in 2008 you may be entitled to a credit of $250.00 up to $3150.00, depending on the vehicle purchased.
